Structure of Exam
The examination consists of 3 phase:
- Preliminary - 400 marks
- Mains (Written) - 1750 marks
- Personality Test (Interview) - 275 marks
✎ The Preliminary Examination consists of 2 papers(multiple-choice questions),each contains 200 marks.
✎ The Mains(Written) Examination consists of nine paper of which 2 papers are of qualifying nature.Only marks of rest 7 papers are included in formation of merit list.

✎ The Personality Test (Interview) consists of 275 marks with no minimum qualifying marks.Thus,marks obtained by the candidates in the Mains Examination as well as in the Interview would determine their final ranking.
